The above calculation should not be used in the following circumstances:-
- Building plots and dwelling-houses in the course of construction.
- A Conveyance by way of Exchange (where two owners are exchanging houses)
- A Conveyance in cases where the present owner purchased the property within a year and a day of any proposed sale.
