Ozannes’ Corporate has extensive expertise in dealing with all forms of international financing and investment transactions and their realisation. In particular, this includes mutual funds, captive insurance, protected cell companies, mergers and acquisitions, the creation, migration or amalgamation of companies, securitisation structures and the establishment of employee benefit schemes.

In the prestigious 2006 Lawyer Awards, Ozannes was identified as being at the forefront of Channel Island law and was particularly commended for its heavy corporate work involving the acquisitions of Somerfield and Pernod Ricard, the restructuring of hotel group Le Meriden, as well as the establishment of a £1 billion closed-ended property fund for F&C Management.
