Ozannes has advised on most of the significant criminal cases over recent years. Peter Ferbrache, Ozannes' head of Litigation and Senior Partner, has been described as Guernsey's "most fearsome courtroom advocate" in relation to these matters. Matthew Jowitt in the Jersey office is a Crown Advocate and has prosecuted complex and high profile cases in all courts including the Privy Council.
