Nathalie is a French lawyer and joined Ozannes in November 2008. She completed her Maitrise en Droit at the University of Strasbourg, France and went on to study E.U. law at the Europa Institut Saarbrucken, Germany. Nathalie was called to the Bar of Luxembourg in 1996 where she worked as an "advocat" for several years before joining Luxembourg's largest insurance company, Groupe Le Royer. Anthony Williams

Anthony joined Ozannes in 2008 from Australia where he specialised in complex commercial litigationHe specialises in contentious trusts and banking and finance litigation. Anthony is currently acting on behalf of a prominent global trustee in relation to a high profile multijurisdictional trusts dispute involving the South African Monetary Authorities. Anthony instructed Counsel in the House of Lords in relation to a precedent setting application which concerned the issue as to whether the Crown Court in England has jurisdiction to include, within the ambit of restraint and disclosure orders, property outside England and Wales. He  also has a particular interest in funds litigation and advises a range of investment funds, financial institutions and fiduciaries. Anthony recently advised a global financial institution in relation to potential data protection implications, from a Guernsey perspective, of an OFAC investigation. He has also been heavily involved in matters arising out of the Madoff fraud. Anthony has liaised extensively with US Counsel in relation to extra territorial claims being pursued in the United States by the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Madoff Investment Advisory Business, and advised local fiduciaries in relation to the legal implications for Guernsey based funds. Anthony also advises a prominent New York based hedge fund in relation to shareholding disputes.
